Where to manage billing
Go to Studio - Settings - Billing & Invoices to view billing history and manage your paid subscription. If your account has a Stripe customer record, you'll see a Manage subscriptionbutton that opens Stripe's billing portal.
You can also use Studio - Settings - Plan & Credits to view your current plan, credit balance, paid plan options, and on-demand credit bundles.
Changing plans
You can move between Pro and Elite from the Plan & Credits page. Upgrades are designed to unlock higher access as soon as checkout is confirmed.
Cancelling
To cancel a paid subscription, open Billing & Invoices, click Manage subscription, then follow the cancellation steps inside Stripe. If you cancel, your paid access normally remains active until the end of the current billing period or trial window, then your account returns to Starter.
Cancelling a paid plan does not delete your BeatPlugg account, profile, past submissions, or producer activity.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by BeatPlugg. If you believe there was a billing error, duplicate charge, or account issue, contact us before opening a chargeback so we can review it properly.
For refund or billing questions, use Provide Feedback in the Studio sidebar or email team@beatplugg.com with your account email, the charge date, and a short explanation.
Free trial cancellation
If you started a free trial and do not want it to convert into a paid plan, cancel from Billing & Invoices - Manage subscription before the trial ends. Trial availability is limited to eligible producers and is not intended to be repeated through multiple accounts.
