Submission-related processing does not guarantee that any Beat will be forwarded to, listened to, selected by, used by, or placed with an Artist or other recipient. Those outcomes are governed by our Terms of Service and by the independent decisions of BeatPlugg, Artists, and third parties.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information or audio files. We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

To Artists/Recipients: When you submit a Beat to an opportunity, we may share your audio file, name, profile details, contact information, submission metadata, and related notes with the Artist, their team, or another intended recipient so they can review your work and contact you if interested. Submitting to an opportunity does not guarantee that your Beat or information will be sent to that recipient.
To Service Providers: We share information with contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business (e.g., cloud hosting via Firebase/GCP, payment processing via Stripe).
Analytics and platform tools: We may use first-party analytics and, after cookie consent where required, Google Analytics 4 to understand usage, improve the Platform, and measure launch performance.
For Legal Reasons: To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.

5. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information and uploaded Beats from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Audio files are stored securely and access is strictly controlled via signed URLs or authenticated requests.

However, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Platform.

If Google Analytics 4 or similar third-party analytics tools are enabled, we will provide a cookie or tracking consent option where required and will only load non-essential analytics cookies after the appropriate consent.

Marketing emails are optional. You can opt in during onboarding and unsubscribe or change preferences later.
