Best way to report an issue
If you are inside the Studio, use Provide Feedback in the bottom-left sidebar. This is the best option for bugs, upload issues, page errors, or product feedback because it lets you describe the issue and attach a screenshot.
Email support
You can also email team@beatplugg.com for support, billing questions, receipts, account issues, or anything you cannot solve from the Help Centre.
What to include
- Your BeatPlugg username or account email.
- The page where the issue happened.
- What you clicked before the issue happened.
- A screenshot or screen recording if possible.
- Your browser and device.
