Types of emails
BeatPlugg may send emails for platform activity such as:
- Opportunity alerts — New opportunities, closing opportunities, or slots filling up.
- Submission receipts — Confirmation after you submit beats.
- Submission updates — Beat selected, recipient listened, recipient downloaded, or similar activity.
- Collaborator notifications — Updates when a beat you are linked to as a collaborator moves through the pipeline.
- Referral notifications — Updates when a referred producer signs up or completes their first submission.
- Account and billing emails — Important account, payment, security, or service messages.
Managing email preferences
In Studio - Settings, you can toggle email notifications for non-essential updates. Important account, billing, security, and platform emails may still be sent even if non-essential notifications are turned off.
